The starting point. A project page should state whether the work is completed, active, proposed, or a property study. Until verified records are available, the honest page explains the standard.
Start with the facts the property can show.
Name the property situation and homeowner objective without publishing personal details that have not been approved. Use the Huntington Beach ADU services page to compare project types.
Walk the site before settling the drawing.
Describe the actual project type, existing-condition findings, utility approach, access, major scope choices, and restoration.
Put the finding into the construction scope.
Use dated plans, permit milestones, written changes, inspection records, specifications, and authorized photographs as evidence. The cost and proposal guide helps keep inclusions, exclusions, and allowances visible.
Keep official answers tied to the actual proposal.
Keep design references separate from field photographs, and do not turn a preliminary schedule or budget into a claimed result. Check current information through the City ADU page and California HCD.
Make the next action specific.
Review our services and process while verified case material is assembled, or call to discuss the evidence your own proposal should contain. Return to Huntington Beach ADU Contractor or call (714) 477-7345.
Carry the field findings into the written scope.
Useful project records follow the work from its original condition through closeout. A complete record may include dated existing-condition photographs, the drawing revision used for pricing, written selections, field questions, approved changes, inspection milestones, and final documents. Each item should identify the property and stage without exposing private homeowner information. Photographs also need permission and accurate captions. This evidence lets a future client understand what problem was solved, which work was included, and what remained outside the contractor's responsibility. We will add individual project profiles only when the underlying facts and publication rights can be verified.
Check the current source, then the property.
